Ludlow and District Heart Support Group  holds monthly meetings at St John Ambulance HQ, Smithfield Car Park, Ludlow.  Meetings take place on the seond Friday of the month at 7.30pm September to May.  Expert speakers and specialist come to give talks and very useful information on all aspects of heart disease.  There is an annual subscription of £1 per person and 50p per meeting towards the tea, coffee and biscuits and hire and heating of the hall etc.  01584 875643  contact is Fay Lund.

Parkinsons UK Support Groups - Ludlow   A local support group for people affected by Parkinsons Disease, whether the sufferer, their carer or someone living with a person suffering from parkinsons.  Why not share your experiences with people who understand how you feel and can offer genuine professional guidance.  It is a great opportunity to get out of the house, swap notes on medication, learn new ways to cope and have a few laughs with people who care.  The groups meets at
