The classes take place in Ludlow at 9.30am - 11.00 am on Tuesdays at St Peters Parish Church, Henley Road, Ludlow. They are for all ages, consisting of an optional weigh-in, nutritional talk and exercise session designed to be fun and make you feel good. Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes, trainers, bring water and a small towel.

Yoga These classes are based at the Assembly Rooms on Tuesdays evening 7.30pm - 8.30pm in the Studio. The aim of the classes are to bring increased wellbing and mental clarity through movement and stillness, regulated breathing and focussed attention.
