Speakers and Demonstrations Do you want to contact a speaker to give a talk or demonstration for your group or organisation? Diane Jennings - gives talks and demos. In her demo she paints 2 complete landscape in oils 16in x 20in from start to finish, explaining as she paints what she is doing and why and in an hour the two paintings are finished. Contact 07917 323 538. Karen Andrews - is a lacemaker, who gives talks on the history of lacemaking. Talks usually involve a powerpoint presentation whilst she talks about the history of lacemaking in this country from its beginnings to the present day but with the focus on the Victorian Cottage Lacemaker. Can come dressed as a Victorian Lacemaker, and she has an interesting collection of antique bobbins, pillows and other artefacts.
